- Irish customers should receive their order within 1 – 14 working days of placing order. Although there may be delays at busy times of the year such as Christmas or end of year budgets. All orders are despatched using An Post, Nightline or Fastway next day delivery parcel service and are insured and trackable. A signature upon delivery is required, however. Rates Ireland: €10 shipping fee for entire order (free delivery for orders over €250) Northern Ireland: €15 shipping fee for entire order. Delivery time 3-4 days Great Britain: (includes the Channel Islands). From €20.00 shipping fee depending on weight. Items weighing over 5kg will be more expensive. - Returns & Replacements
- We hope that you will be delighted with the quality of our equipment and accessories you have ordered and received. However, in the case of the following, please follow our procedures. Unwanted Goods If the item(s) you received are not what you were expecting we will happily take it back. Please contact us by e-mail at sales@ibotz.comoutlining exactly what you purchased, when you purchased it and the reason why you are returning it. Goods must be returned within 7 days of receipt of your order. Goods should be returned unused and should include the original labels and packaging in order to allow resale. We cannot accept returned items in which the labels have been removed or packaging damaged. When the goods are received we will contact you by e-mail and refund in full (excluding delivery costs). The cost of returning the unwanted goods will be paid by you. Faulty GoodsIf you return an item to us which is faulty, which you did not order or for any other reason which is our fault, please contact us by email at sales@ibotz.comto inform us and we will arrange a refund or replacement. You should outline exactly what you purchased, when you purchased it and the reason why you are returning it. We will issue you with a returns note which should be included in the returns package. If you do not include the returns note, we may be unable to attend to your complaint due to insufficient information. Goods should as much as possible be in the same condition as you received them. In the event of you returning goods to us we will advise you how to send the item back to us. We usually ask that you send items back via An Post's Registered Mail (Recorded), but occasionally items may have to be picked up by a courier service. Please obtain a proof of posting certificate from your Post Office to enable us to process the refund for your return postage cost. - Orders can be made online only. Payment is accepted by credit card, laser card or cheque (must be cleared prior to goods being released). When we receive your order, you will receive an email as confirmation. When you order goods from us, a contract will be formed when you have received this confirmation email.
- Payment, Pricing & Promotions
- Our prices are outlined on our website and displayed in Euro. We try to ensure that the prices on our website are accurate but it is possible that an error may occur. If an error in pricing is noted, we will contact you with the contact details that you have supplied us with to inform you. We will give you the option of re-ordering at the new price or of cancelling your order. Where you opt to cancel your order, any payment already made will be fully refunded. All offers are available while stocks last. If we are unable to supply a particular item which you have ordered or if the correct price for an item is different from the price on your order, we will notify you as soon as we can after receiving your order. If this happens, you may cancel your order and we will refund you any payment already made. You must pay for goods (including any applicable delivery charges) at the time of placing your order. You do not own the goods until full payment is made including delivery charges where applicable. Where you opt to pay by cheque, you do not own the goods until the cheque has been received and payment has been cleared by your bank. Promotion coupons and discounts can be availed at checkout on the website. .
